The plank makes your thighs, stomach and waist stronger. It creates centre pressure on your stomach and makes it strong.
So, guys that all the daily exercises which you have to do to live a healthy and fit life because if you are not fit and healthy then you can’t live a happy life and No one wants to live an unhappy life.
